Frequently Asked Questions

how to choose the right tea for the evening
For the evening hours, we recommend linden or chamomile flower blends, which are naturally caffeine-free. You can check the detailed ingredient list on each product page to choose your preferred flavor profile. All our infusions are made exclusively from dried plants, with no added stimulants.
what our blends are made of
Each pack contains exclusively naturally dried leaves, flowers, roots, or fruits, as shown on the list. We do not use flavor granules, preservatives, colorants, or bulking agents. You can easily distinguish each botanical ingredient upon opening the package.
how to store tea properly at home
Keep the pouch tightly sealed using the built-in zip lock, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing it near containers with strong spices, as dried leaves can absorb surrounding odors. A dry kitchen cupboard is the most suitable spot.
how to order and pay for your package
Add the desired products to your cart and enter your full delivery address at checkout. We offer cash on delivery upon receiving the package from the courier, as well as payment by bank transfer. We do not charge hidden fees upon receiving the shipment.
how delivery to an apartment works
Our partner courier delivers the package directly to your apartment door, regardless of floor level or whether there is an elevator. For orders placed by 14:30 on business days, we prepare the shipment on the same day. You will be contacted by phone by the courier prior to delivery.
how the return process works
You have 30 days from receiving the parcel to return unopened packs in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless you received an incorrect product. Refunds are made directly to your specified bank account.
