The goods

Products sold by Ceaiuri Alese S.R.L. comprise dried herbal food blends, aromatic botanical infusions, and traditional tea-brewing accessories intended solely for domestic consumption and supporting a balanced lifestyle. Each product page details the herbal blend, net weight, and leaf cut. Images are for illustrative purposes, and the final packaging may show slight variations in appearance.

Ordering and contract

An order is considered placed once the checkout process is completed. We send confirmation by email, and the purchase agreement is finalized when the parcel is handed over to the courier. We reserve the right to decline an order if a harvest is out of stock or if the provided details cannot be verified, in which case we issue a full refund of any amounts paid.

Prices and payment

Prices shown are in RON and include statutory VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are listed separately prior to payment authorization. Accepted payment methods are: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious error occurs regarding a product's price, we reserve the right to correct the amount before dispatch, leaving you the choice to proceed with or cancel the order.

Delivery

Shipping methods, timeframes, and applicable rates are described on our delivery and payment page. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you upon receipt of the products.

Product images and colours

Product images accurately reflect the packaging and botanicals we ship. Displayed shades may vary depending on your screen or ambient lighting; a subtle color variation is not considered a defect and does not justify a free return or compensation. Weight, ingredients, and composition details are listed on each tea's page.

Transfer of risk

Tea parcels remain our responsibility until they are handed over to you or the designated recipient at the destination. From that point on, all risks of damage or loss transfer to you. Please document any visible packaging damage with the delivery courier and report it to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can return products within 14 days of receipt by following the steps outlined on our returns page. The statutory warranty of conformity is provided pursuant to Law 449/2003 and GEO 140/2021. Ceaiuri Alese S.R.L. guarantees that products meet the qualitative and organoleptic characteristics stated on the packaging up to the date of minimum durability indicated on the batch, provided they are stored in dry, cool conditions away from direct sunlight.

• Tea packaging unsealed after delivery, which cannot be returned for health protection or food hygiene reasons, in accordance with Art. 16(e) of GEO 34/2014.
• Botanical blends or teas prepared on demand or customized according to individual customer specifications.
• Perishable botanical food products or those with a short shelf life upon delivery.
• Product packages that, after opening, have been inseparably mixed with other ingredients or foreign substances.
• Gift boxes or promotional sets from which samples or trial items have been opened or consumed.

Liability

The maximum liability of Ceaiuri Alese S.R.L. toward any buyer for potential non-conformities or damages is strictly limited to the total value of the order paid by that customer. Nothing in this document excludes or limits liability that cannot be restricted under applicable law.

Age and use

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age. Herbal infusions and plants should be consumed in accordance with the package instructions and do not replace professional medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

The terms and conditions of sale are governed by the applicable laws of Romania. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of law in Romania. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction belongs to the court located at the merchant's registered office, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
